We already know how prolific the English language is in its vocabulary. It is extremely easy to create new terms in English. For example “under-triage” and “over-triage” It would be helpful to know how those two terms translate into other languages, or whether they are kept literally in everyday use of EMS teams. They may not be used because they do not exist in other languages. Does anyone have experience about it?

In Spanish, we do have this terms (sobretriaje y subtriaje). They are not used daily in “the field” but they appear in articles, especially in those referred to EMS management and quality measures.

Thanks both! This sounds really interesting. I am not an expert but I have done a bit of research online and for what concerns the Italian language, the words that appear in scientific articles are “sottostima dell’evento” (under-triage) and “sovrastima dell’evento” (over-triage).
